Domaine Bersan
There are 75 wine growers in the town of St Bris le Vineux where Domaine Bersan is situated. It’s a great location for wine growing with two key veins of clay passing through the area, one at the top of the hill, and one at the foot of the slope. The land is indisputably important for the local producers, but Jean-Louis ans Jean-Christophe Bersan have taken it a step further, by converting to organic viticulture.
Irancy
Non Organic Wine - 95% Pinot Noir, 5% César. Refreshing with notes of fresh strawberries but dominated by notes of wood. This is the epitome of a Pinot Noir. Perfect with red meat, but also with offall or « un coq au vin d’Irancy ».REF RFD04
